Square Enix announced Rise of the Tomb Raider would be making its way to both PC and PlayStation 4 in 2016, although the publisher didn’t disclose an exact release date for either version at the time of its announcement. Today, we’re learning the PC version may be coming sooner than we thought as Amazon listed Rise of the Tomb Raider on January 29.
The listing has since changed to March 31, 2016, although Twitter user Wario64 captured a screenshot of the January 29 listing:

We’ve reached out to Square Enix to see if it can shed some light on when Rise of the Tomb Raider releases on PC. We’ll proceed to update this story once we hear back from the company.
