PlayStation 4 software update 3.5 beta signups are now live

Here we go, the latest and greatest from Shacknews...

Last September, Sony announced it would be holding a beta for software update 3.0 on the PlayStation 4, and today, it’s putting the call out for beta testers once again as it’s getting close to releasing its next update for the console.

The next beta will kick off in early March and those who are selected will receive an email with instructions on how to download the system software. Participants will be able to roll back to their previous system software at any time, so don’t worry if something goes wonky during the upcoming beta.

Unfortunately, Sony has yet to reveal what kind of features we can expect in software update 3.5, although it promises to share more details once the beta commences.

Those interested in participating in the beta for software update 3.5 can sign up here.
