With Robin dead and Hook back, the stage was set for Regina to go full on Evil Queen again in the Season 5 finale of Once Upon a Time. She didn't go there however -- more on her arc in a minute -- but Henry was the one who lost it to an unbelievable degree. Henry has always been the pro-magic voice among the group, dating back to Season 1. But with recent events, he suddenly became a non-believer who wanted to destroy magic. Yes, really.
Part of me was tempted to explain away Henry's temperamental behavior with unruly hormones. He's a teenager and emotional and angsty. That's not fair to the character or the writers. I have to believe there's more going on than an outburst because Henry hasn't been quite this out of control before. While the loss of Robin was hard and so was Emma coddling Regina out of concern over her having an Evil Queen relapse, it still wasn't enough for Henry to pull such a 180.
