Nvidia will be rolling out some big improvements to the GeForce Experience next month. The free application, which includes features like DVR recording up to 4k resolution, automatically optimizing game settings, and streaming games to Shield devices through GameStream, will be getting some visual and usability upgrades, such as a gallery to help organize and edit video clips.
But perhaps the most exciting new feature is GameStream Co-Op, which will be going into early access beta next month. The feature allows a friend to remotely watch a real-time mirrored stream of your game, and then take control of your character when you need help getting through a tough area. Or they can simply guide or cheer you on through the integrated voice chat.
All of the GeForce Experience features will be accessible through a new in-game overlay, accessible through hotkeys. The GeForce Experience upgrades come around the time of the recent launch of the GeForce 950, an inexpensive entry level video card that promises to support all the GeForce Experience features.
