Pixio takes a similar approach with gaming monitors as Aldi does with groceries: put the product in a no-frills package and sell it at a budget price. With the Pixio PX329 (See it on Amazon), you get a flat 32-inch VA panel with 1440p resolution and a refresh rate up to 165Hz. It also supports FreeSync, but you are forced to choose between the 165Hz refresh rate and AMD’s adaptive frame syncing technology, which tops out at 144Hz. At just $400 (street) it's crazy affordable for a 32-inch gaming monitor, but what about its performance? Let’s get to the review.
