Battlefield 4 returns to Dragon Valley with free Legacy Operations update

Here we go, the latest and greatest from Shacknews...

While DICE faces criticism on one end for a lack of substantial content in Star Wars Battlefront, another of its games is facing no such issues. Battlefront 4 continues to roll on strong and has gone live with its latest update, Legacy Operations.

Legacy Operations brings back the classic Dragon Valley map from Battlefield 2, reimagining it with additional features centered to fit Battlefield 4's aesthetic. It's being billed as one of the largest maps in the game, offering up land, air, and sea combat, along with five different bridges just aching for total destruction. Of course, like in BF2, those bridges can also be repaired at any time. Dragon Valley 2015 will be open to all game modes.

For more on Dragon Valley 2015, as well as the latest batch of fixes and balance tweaks, check out DICE's lengthy patch notes. The Legacy Operations update is free to all Battlefield 4 owners on all platforms. Credit to Chatty's ant_hillbilly for the tip.
