So the best possible outcome of the Daredevil vs. "Daredevil" carnage, all things considered, happens in "Aftermath" - the literal aftermath of the bloody Bulletin attack that saw Fisk attempt to frame Daredevil - and possibly, in turn, Matt Murdock - for the slayings.
I was afraid that the show would have Agent Nadeem dig in his heels and decide that he was going to die atop Fisk Mountain while refusing to look at all the other evidence being presented to him. And at first, he tries to shoot some arrows at Karen and Foggy based on that "Nice to see you again" line that Dex utters to Karen. (That gets caught on tape, of all things.)
