After spending a great deal of time with the Founder’s Editions (FE) of both the RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti, I finally got my hands on a Turing GPU that was not made by Nvidia, but rather Zotac. It's the company's GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMP edition (See it on Newegg). Zotac’s take on the 2080 Ti has the potential to surpass Nvidia's version just based on the fact that it has three fans compared to the two-fan design of the Founder's Edition, which should  allow for better cooling and overclocking. Although partner boards are theoretically supposed to be less expensive than Founder's Edition cards, insane demand has driven prices up, so this board costs the same price; a staggering $1,200. That is, if it were in stock anywhere.
