Warning: Full spoilers for the episode follow.
After two lackluster episodes, Containment began showing signs of life in this week's "Be Angry at the Sun." In addition to raising the stakes even more inside the cordon (admittedly, the show has been doing that since day one), this episode presented the characters with some very tough decisions to make, many without right or wrong answers, which, so far, is where this series seems to thrive.
Obviously a major storyline tonight was Lex confronting video blogger Leo Greene (Trevor St. John), who ended up playing a larger role than I expected here. The big question of "How much do we trust the government in crisis situations?" is a good one, and both characters seemed to realize that both extremes can be detrimental. For Lex, this meant proposing they send in more police officers to govern the cordon -- and he did to some extent challenge Sabine's authority by sneaking in additional supplies.
