In general, Arrow’s final season has been a bit of a letdown so far, with the Season 8 premiere setting a high standard subsequent episodes have failed to uphold. But there has been one unexpected and very welcome twist in recent weeks. The flash-forward storyline has morphed from a tedious and seemingly unnecessary element into Arrow’s saving grace. “Prochnost” further proves that bringing Oliver Queen’s children into the past is one of the best movies this series has made in a long time.
