Few companies are as synonymous with PC gaming as Razer. Its Blackwidow is probably the best known keyboard on the market, finding its home in department store displays for most of the last decade. Last year, the company surprised us with a brand new addition to its line-up, with the Razer Huntsman, a new brand of gaming keyboard powered by infrared-light through their Opto-Mechanical switches. Recently the company unveiled the new Razer Huntsman TE (See it at Amazon), a streamlined version of the original with a tenkeyless keyboard design and brand new linear Opto-Mechanical switches. I’ve spent the last several weeks with it as my daily driver and am ready to answer the big question: should this be your next gaming keyboard, or is it all just an optical illusion?
