Harley Quinn represents an important test for DC Universe, as it's the first wholly original animated series to debut on the streaming service. Terrific though it was, Young Justice: Outsiders hardly qualifies as an original project. Luckily, DCU passes that test with a fun, wacky and very foul-mouthed romp that proves what comic readers have know for years - Harley Quinn is at her best when she's a free and independent woman.
