Even at its most fillery, Limitless continues to be entertaining. While this was a bit of a slow week for the CJC team -- especially compared to last week's Ten Most Wanted episode -- Brian and company made the most of their latest case. I thought it was a nice touch having Boyle attached to this one, and actually getting to see his buddy Aaron Shaw (McCaleb Burnett) recuperate from losing an arm in the line of duty.
As for the "Evil Arm" mystery, I thought it hit the sweet spot in terms of being just a little bit out-there while also staying true to the world of Limitless. It actually kind of reminded me of the Genghis Khan episode in that way. It was also pretty great how the storyline opened up to not just one robotic arm but many, leading to a comical montage of arm incidents -- or "Arm-ageddon" as Brian so cleverly put it.
