Digitizing card games is probably the best thing you can do if you want it to flourish. It basically ensures anyone who doesn't have the time (or friends) to play the physical version can get in on the fun. I don't play a lot of Hearthstone, but it's the perfect model for a card game, and it works excellently.
That's why I'm so excited about Heart of Crown PC, a digital adaptation of the physical Heart of Crown card game. That, and my soft spot for the various waifus. The game is being enhanced with artwork from FlipFlops (creators of Everyday Tales of a Cat God) as well as the artists for Etrian Odyssey II.
The PC version is set to include special expansions from the game's official Kickstarter, as well as campaign, free, and ranked play. MangaGamer will be handling PC localization, while Japanime Games focused on localization of the physical game. If you're interested in checking the game out, it's available on Steam Greenlight right now and is quivering at the mere thought of your lending a vote its way.
