Warning: Full spoilers for the episode below.
Black Sails' 30th episode continued to play up the complexities on both sides of this final conflict. Motivations are clear and lines are drawn, yet not all is exactly copacetic on either side of the war. That's not to say, however, that Flint doesn't have his hands full with a much bigger problem than Woods, but both teams have very shaky foundations and that makes for good pirate drama.
But yes, Bones basically open fired on Flint this week, not having the patience for any sort of lip or perceived insubordination. Bones, understandably, has mentally left Flint in the dust and it was very interesting to see how their bloody conflict here really echoed their initial strife all the way back in Season 1. Flint was very "big picture" and would walk away from a raid if it meant losing slave allies while Bones was all about "the men" and doing what's right for them in the moment.
