Warning: Full spoilers for the episode below.
While Season 2 still isn't quite soaring -- mostly due to its bloated, less compact/focused nature -- the stakes were definitely raised in "eps2.3_logic-b0mb.hc." Granted, the lighting didn't quite strike until the final few minutes, but the attack on Dom and the FBI in China (we'll assume it's Dark Army related and sent by Whiterose) and the cool and calm world of Ray turning dark and brutal made for some great, shocking moments.
Angela getting sucked back into the mix dragged a bit, but I was still happy to see her migrate into the central story after several episodes of indulging in her own Evil Corp adventures. Overall, I just feel like Season 1 did more with shorter, fewer scenes. But revisiting Elliot's broken affections for Angela was a good way to pull him out of his cerebral rut while also reuniting the "key three" of the show.
