With the chaos of the Future Trunks arc over, we get to see a lighter side of Dragon Ball Super. Episode 68 is filled with comedic moments and light-hearted conversation that was fun to watch, even if some moments dragged on longer than was necessary.
Shenron, the all-powerful wish granting dragon, is summoned again and serves to spark the comedic conflict of the episode. With several people demanding Goku relinquish his wishes, I found that the funniest moments came when we saw Shenron’s reaction. He is an incredibly powerful entity, but is forced to wait while the humans bicker among themselves. His growing impatience and anger at the situation is great, and given how many times they have put him through this, it’s a surprise he was as patient as he was.
