"Time Bomb" was a fairly busy episode of Gotham, though it also used its ensemble really well, which isn't always the standard for this series. Basically, everyone the show has to offer, main cast-wise, popped up in this one and had a meaningful moment. Some more meaningful than others, sure, but it was a still good use of the large roster.
I still don't know what to think of Tabitha as a character. She's never been clearly defined. I understand why Butch would be into her -- perhaps even love her like he told her he did this week -- but we've never quite been given an explanation as to her motives for anything really. She's a survivor, but is that it?
