Agents of SHIELD: "Let Me Stand Next to Your Fire" Review

Full spoilers for Marvel's Agents of SHIELD continue below.

The gang's all back together by Agents of SHIELD's fourth episode, "Let Me Stand Next to Your Fire," with a few added recruits. Ghost Rider remains the strongest new addition to the Marvel TV series, but this episode brought Aida into the fold in a very satisfying way.

Four episodes is about as long as SHIELD could hold off keeping Daisy from the rest of the SHIELD team without causing some major grief with her return, so it made sense that her quest would cross paths with Coulson & co. in a substantial enough way for them to need to reteam. Her hunt of the Watch Dogs forced her to work with Simmons to try to protect an old ally, James (aka Hellfire). But, in a pretty telegraphed plot twist, it turned out Hellfire actually started working with the Watch Dogs after the fallout with Hive and had been helping them track Inhumans by helping them tap into the SHIELD database.
